Senior Sales Representative

Position Description:

Are you a professional who has a strong entrepreneurial drive? Are you accustomed to working hard in all phases of the sales process from prospecting, setting appointments, making presentations, uncovering and confirming important needs, presenting compelling proposals that focus on helping prospects meet those needs? Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively source prospects, develop and close new business within targeted hardware/software and electronic consumer goods verticals.
  • Maintain effective lines of communication between the client and Ecount to ensure our clients achieve their goals!
  • Meet/exceed assigned revenue targets from new and existing clients within the assigned vertical.
  • Be accountable for moving prospects continuously forward in the sales pipeline.

Qualifications:

Experience selling marketing, product acquisition, and/or incentive concepts to Sales and Marketing executives within the consumer electronics, hardware, and software technology vertical (ideal but not a must).

Experience working with or selling into the promotion/incentive industry.

BA/BS with 5+ years of continuous B2B Sales experience.

Experience selling products/services/solutions to Human Resource, Benefits and Marketing managers; Experience selling products/services/solutions at the VP and C-level.

Experience in building a pipeline of new business independently and exceeding established revenue and account goals.

Experience handling significant Sales targets and meeting/exceeding goals each year.

  • Proven ability selling intangible/conceptual products/services and presenting/closing in a multi-decision maker environment.
  • Experience working in a team-based environment with a razor-sharp understanding of the customer buying process and sales cycle.
  • Experience working within a commission-based structure.
  • Trained in and effectively utilizing a solution selling methodology.
