Relationship Manager
Position Description:
The Relationship Manager will serve as the primary contact and Client Manager for Ecount's top corporate relationships. S/he will serve as the "internal salesperson," driving projects with internal business units to meet the client's objectives. S/he will represent the client's goals and balance them with Ecount's objectives. The Relationship Manager must also be able to successfully do the following:
- Develop aligned critical success factors between company and relationship
- Identify long-term opportunities and develop long-term account strategy
- Effectively manage decision-making process on new and existing business
- Assess current programs and Ecount's ability to improve them
- Understand potential challenges and manage them effectively
- Identify relationship needs (even when not well articulated) and provide appropriate solutions
- Understand and relate to key influencers
- Effectively prioritize time and resources based on relative account value
- Make clients happy and drive Ecount's Goals
Qualifications:
The Relationship Manager must have complete understanding of the positioning of all of our products, possess a strong knowledge of business application processes and feel comfortable interacting with executives at all levels.
Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in project management and/or consulting and exhibit a natural affinity for building relationships. Candidates must be customer-oriented and demonstrate excellent presentation and communications skills (both oral and written). In addition, successful candidates will be self-motivated, highly energetic, analytical problem solvers, and will possess strong relationship management skills, keen attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Preferred Characteristics:
- Consulting background
- Sales-oriented personality
- Knowledge of internet technology
- Familiarity with credit and debit card markets and products
- Experience with MS Office Suite
