Ecount Appoints Kimberly Rhodes to Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Conshohocken, PA, September 14, 2004 - Ecount, www.ecount.com, the leading provider of innovative electronic payment solutions, today announced the appointment of Kimberly Rhodes to Senior Vice President and General Counsel.
For the past four years, Ms. Rhodes was the Vice President and General Counsel to Primavera Systems, Inc., where she was responsible for all legal matters affecting the company. Ms Rhodes' experience also includes SAP America where she served as Senior Corporate Counsel, IBM where she served as Counsel and the FDIC (formerly the RTC) where she was a Senior Attorney. Her background in corporate matters, technology, banking and complex negotiation, as well as strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions will be a valuable asset as Ecount's business continues to expand and capitalize on its growing market position.

Ms. Rhodes holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a law degree from Villanova University School of Law.
