Ward Schultz Named CFO of Ecount

Conshohocken, PA, July 14, 2004 - Ecount, www.ecount.com, a leading provider of innovative electronic payment solutions, today announced the appointment of Ward Schultz to chief financial officer.

Selected on the basis of his professional leadership and financial expertise, Mr. Schultz will offer valuable insight and advice towards Ecount's continued success. Mr. Schultz will play a pivotal role in helping Ecount to grow business and strengthen the company's accounting and finance team.

Previously, Mr. Schultz was the CFO of Fastnet Corporation, where he was instrumental in creating scalable financial systems and rebuilding the finance team to support a roll-up acquisition strategy. Before his tenure at Fastnet Corporation, Mr. Schultz held the position of CFO and COO at Asia Access Telecom, Inc., where he was one of the initial founders.
